New Project Launched - www.forpetmenot.co.uk

I have just finished work on my latest project.
The site can be viewed at the following url: http://www.forpetmenot.co.uk

A little bit about the site
The site was built for a startup in my local area who have started to sell a wide range of pet memorials, pet caskets and pet ash urns. The shop was built using Cubecart V4 and was nice to work on and I feel that I learnt a lot from the project.

Thats all for now, keep your eyes peeled for my next project which is on the way soon.

A trip to Rome

Now that the blogs up and running it gives me a chance to talk about my recent trip to Rome towards the end July, the trip was also my first visit to Italy and I really enjoyed it!.

I flew From Manchester airport on the 23rd july at 6.30am which wasn’t as bad as I had anticipated. The flights were booked with Jet2.com and came to a measly £130 return (£60 Outbound + £5 return + taxes and charges). I used their online check-in facility which i highly recommend! It allowed to me check-in 3 days before I was due to board the outbound flight using the  Jet2 website and my booking reference. Then all I did was turn up and head straight to airport security, as all I was carrying was a backpack which counted as hand luggage.

Hello world - As they say…

Well here it is, Ive spent the best part of this evening learning how to implement Wordpress into my website.

By the looks of things it’s proved to be a success, Phew! I would like to Thank WP Designer for their great step by step wordpress lessons, which proved to be extremely handy and easy to understand, I would certainly recommend it to anyone wishing to add Wordpress to their existing website without using someone elses theme.
